The Edge Tasting Room and Restaurant is the heartbeat of The Resort.
Come and enjoy the taste of Texas from either our 11,800 sq ft indoor seating, expansive back patio with views of the Pedernales River and THE BEST sunsets in Fredericksburg, TX, or take it to the top of The Member Tower and experience the highest point of Gillespie County. Enjoy live music and other events as well.

Split Checks:
Although we understand your party would like to pay separately, it takes our stewards an average of 3 minutes per check to process at checkout. If you would prefer us to do separate checks for your party, there will be an automatic 30% Gratuity Fee added to each check processed if there are 3 or more separate checks in your party. To save this fee, we ask that you pay with 1 or 2 payments. We will gladly provide as many receipts as you like so you can split it up between all guests at a later time. Thank you for understanding and allowing us to provide you with more efficient service during your visit.
