Terms and Conditions Agreement

I understand and agree that The Edge Tasting Room will automatically charge my credit card two (2) weeks in advance of each shipment and/or pick up, and once charged, the purchase is non-refundable. I am responsible for fulfilling the initial purchase of wine, plus the next two (2) allocation release dates. I am responsible for notifying The Edge Tasting Room of any changes to my account via email at least two (10) days prior to my processed payment. I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and I understand that a signature of someone 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. I am responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply.
